So, for the last few months I’ve been raving on about Aspect skincare for my sensitive, combination, acne-prone (super annoying, forever changing), skin type. Aspect has been a God-send. The results changed my life – literally. My skin went from uneven and flaky with everyday breakouts to hydrated, glowing and little to no breakouts. Last month though, I ran out of my Aspect Vitamin C Brightening Serum – it was a very sad day indeed.
Some of us are simply just acne-prone. We’re trying our best though by investing in good skincare, we’re eating healthily, and we’ve got a water bottle on standby. But, there are some other little changes you can make that can help promote clear skin. They are simple, easy, and you may even ask yourself, ‘Why didn’t I think of that?’
Last week, I met with Accredited Practising Dietitian, Geraldine Georgeou, to ask her about what foods we can eat to help promote healthy skin and reduce the risk of acne.
